I have extensive experience designing, launching, and maintaining knowledge bases for a variety of audiences. When I’m not writing, I’m training my dog and rabbit to do fun tricks.

I fell in love with technical writing when I was faced with the task of training new colleagues on a complex process without any existing documentation.
To ensure their success, I developed a training document to walk them through all tasks required to meet and exceed metrics for the role.
From there, I began documenting processes as a hobby, and this naturally evolved into a career I'm truly passionate about.
Improving user experience and reducing barriers to support through my writing are key goals of mine. I know I appreciate helpful, organized, and easy-to-access documentation, so I make sure to provide that to my readers.
I am a customer advocate from the product development stage to the documentation release stage and beyond. I use analytics to help determine documentation needs and improvements, and use a variety of project management tools and techniques to plan, implement, and launch successful content improvement campaigns.
